These hand pies are ideal for breakfast; yes, you have our permission to eat pie for breakfast! We named them after Patti, one of our longtime pastry bakers. We take our flakiest all-butter pie dough, fill it with raspberry preserves, bake it to a golden brown, and then garnish it with a drizzle of raspberry glaze.
