Oat-rageous Funky Chunky Cookie

For a tasty twist on our classic Funky Chunky Cookie, we swapped out the walnuts for toasted oats. The result is a chewy, buttery, toasty treat filled with the bittersweet richness of dark chocolate chunks. And, in line with our vision for the future, they’re made with a mix of regionally-grown, organic wheats (from our friends at Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, IL and Kishnick Family Farm in Vassar, MI). Try one of these scrumptious cookies warm for an oat-rageously satisfying snack.
