We’re very excited to bake classic Irish Brown Soda Bread in March for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Using Irish whole meal flour (whole wheat), white wheat flour, freshly milled hard red spring wheat, stone-milled Irish oats, and local buttermilk, we bake a tradtional, humble soda bread reminiscent of early versions of this iconic Irish food. The flour and oats are shipped here straight from Ireland every year!
