We’re very excited to bake classic Irish Brown Soda Bread in March for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations each year. Using freshly milled soft white wheat and hard red spring wheat; stone-milled Irish oats; and local buttermilk, we bake a traditional, humble brown soda bread reminiscent of early versions of this iconic Irish food.
