To make this cheesecake even more indulgent we fold in chunks of halvah, a flaky, melt-on-your-tongue, sesame confection of Middle Eastern origin. We love the handcrafted halvah made by the family-owned and operated Hebel & Co, based in Los Angeles. Rich and indulgent, a small piece of this cheesecake goes a very long way.
