Two layers of our soft, chocolate, chewy Black Magic Brownie sandwich a layer of dulce de leche, the Argentine caramel cream. We’ve also added to the Black Magic mix regional organic, soft white, whole wheat pastry flour, stone-milled and finely sifted to an 80% extraction by our friends at Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, Illinois. The high extraction whole grain flour lends another layer of flavor and a moist and chewy texture to the Black Magic brownie layers of this beloved treat. The $64 million dollar question is: “How do they get that caramel between the layers?”
